We went to our little slice of heaven yesterday. It was a cold day but I enjoyed the time on the hill top. I took some pictures of tracks and things I just liked looking at. Nothing earth shattering but stuff I liked.
Here are a few images for you with more at my flickr share here http://www.flickr.com/photos/kwgagel.
For some reason this entry was sitting in my drafts and never actually published – so – here it is!
I woke up bright and early this morning and decided to go to Cottonwood Island park to take some pictures. It’s still winter here and it was fairly cold but not so cold that I needed gloves. I pulled into the parking lot and picked a spot to park – easy picking when you’re the only one there!
I enjoyed the morning and just walked through slowly and listened to the woodpecker and the squirrels. Boy can you get close to the squirrels here! To see more images like the Bald Eagles I captured (in my camera that is), or the tree carvings, or the woodpecker, you’ll need to check out my flicker feed at http://www.flickr.com/photos/kwgagel, to just look at today’s images click the Cottonwood Island Park 2010 set.
